REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Terms of Use.
1. You agree that services to recharge mobile, FASTag, and direct-to-home (DTH), and make bill payments of postpaid mobile, electricity, water, and insurance are real time and no refund or exchange in permitted;
2. You agree that you are solely responsible for the correctly entering the details during recharge and/or bill payment and all the charges that result from those transaction. In an event, you have entered incorrect details for recharge and/or bill payment you agree that you are responsible for such transaction, and shall not hold BILLROCKET responsible for such purchase;
3. In an event, where a transaction is has been completed by You on the Site, and the amount has been charged to your bank account or card but the recharge or bill payment has not completed or delivered within twenty-four (24) for the reasons such as “invalid recharge” and/or other technical issues, then you may inform us at billrocketipl@gmail.com with the transaction details or post a message through contact us page.
4. Upon receipt of the request, we will fully examine it and notify you within a forty-eight (48) hours regarding the status of transaction, and in an event, the transaction is not successful, the standard time-frame of the refund is two (2) – ten (10) business days depending upon the mode of payment. If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have not received the payment, please write us at billrocketipl@gmail.com with details.
